Our 4 wheeler came damaged and we haven’t been able to get in contact with anybody. The chain isn’t on correctly and the back lights aren’t attached. Very disappointed in this purchase. Why does nobody answer the phone?

When it got here the back axle was already assembled but the chain kept popping off because the axle was crooked. I had to redo it and got it working. Also the control arm in the front steering was bent so I beat it back straight with a hammer. Finally the thing squeaks bad and doesn’t go on the slightest incline with my 4 year old on it who weighs 40 lbs. wouldn’t buy again. Cost too much to be this many issues on day 1.

The product was cracked in a couple places and some of the plastic was broken off.

Worked great would definitely recommend it
