Very nice

My sons they like it , the 6 th it riding every day ,the bike it nice and go very smoothly , the 16 th it go with the bike at work . The costumer support are very good , they give good advice .

Replacement keys don't work

Got a blipper earlier this year. Price was adjusted because keys and charger were missing. Went on Droyd website for assistance but customer service was not great. I was told that they could send me some of the items but all I got was a wrench and reflector. I decided to buy the replacement keys and of course they don't work. I'm going to assume that only 2 people work for this company because it takes multiple phone calls to get a return call. The bike looks like it has potential but I guess I'll never know unless an employee will actually help in getting me at least a key to turn it on.

. I have no headlight

Goodbye but I really cannot ride it without having to do maintenance every single day. I have no headlight cause I crashed and the bike is too confusing to upgrade but pretty good bike.

Battery

Bought the bike last year for my daughter for Christmas and the battery stopped working since then. Not sure how to fix it now. However she loved it while it was working!

Fun bike

We got it and my little ones learned how to use it quickly.
We need a replacement headlamp for the blipper though, can you please offer parts in your accessories shop? Thanks again!
