Terms & conditions
Unless a different warranty period is expressly provided with your Droyd product, Droyd warranty information is as follows:

Battery Pack: 6 months warranty
Electrical Components: 6 months warranty
Frame: Lifetime warranty

Warranties as described above are honored when the product is delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a Droyd authorized reseller, and used in normal conditions as described in the user manual – free from any defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Droyd provides a limited warranty on all eligible Droyd products purchased in the United States and Canada.
The limited warranty covers failures due to defects in material or workmanship on the product.
Tires, brakes, grips, seat, keys, and other parts subject to normal wear & tear are not covered under the limited warranty.
The limited warranty starts from the original date of purchase and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.
Proof of purchase is required to receive any services guaranteed as part of the limited warranty.
The limited warranty does not apply to refurbished products or products that were resold by unauthorized resellers.
The limited warranty does not cover defects found to result from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance of the product, failure to follow warnings & instructions, or unauthorized alterations or modifications to the original product.
The limited warranty does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under most conditions. Product replaced under the limited warranty may be replaced with a brand new or factory refurbished product. If the defective product is discontinued, end of life, or out of stock, Droyd will issue a replacement product of equivalent value or features. Product warranty periods do not renew with replacement products.
Note that in the event of accidents, injuries, property damage, or death while using a Droyd product, insurance coverage is not guaranteed. Check with your insurance provider for more details.
International Disclaimer
Droyd’s products are currently produced for sale in the United States and Canada. Customers who purchase Droyd’s products in the United States or Canada from an authorized reseller, but transport the products for usage outside of either country, are not eligible to be covered under Droyd’s warranty, not eligible for refunds/returns/exchanges, and not guaranteed support. Under these conditions, customers are responsible for all costs associated with repairs, service, maintenance, shipping, taxes, duties, parts replacements, tools, local power adapters, and any other costs that may be incurred. By purchasing any Droyd products that are transported and used outside of the United States and Canada, customers automatically release Droyd from all liability.

For returns and exchanges, customers can return the product within 30 days of purchase to avoid delays and extra fees. Item must be in new/sellable/unused condition. There is no restocking fee and the customer pays for return shipping. Customers can cancel an order before the item ships, which is normally within 24 hours of the purchase.
Prior to returning, customers must provide a reason for the return or exchange. This process will be examined and approved by the RMA team to determine the legitimacy of the purchase order and/or purchase location. In order to start a return/exchange, please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form at the bottom of this page.
