We ordered two Zypsters from Droyd for our kids for Christmas—one pink for our 3-year-old daughter and one blue for our 6-year-old son. They were beyond excited! We live in Florida, so we were lucky enough to take them outside right away and let the kids ride.
Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that our son’s Zypster wasn’t working properly. It kept turning off and was much slower than his sister’s. I was really upset—mostly because he was upset on Christmas morning.

It was incredibly refreshing to speak with someone so quickly at such a crucial time, when all our kids wanted to do was play with their new gifts. The entire process was easy, stress-free, and handled with care. I’m so thankful for the excellent customer service and support.
