Everything came in perfect

The best E bike on the market unbelievable bang for the Buck so well built my son has so many friends that have E bikes in this one by far is the nicest and the fastest tremendous battery life we had one small little issue and warranty department took care of it immediately without any question or hesitation. People all the good work up.

Bought this for my 13-year-old and I’m impressed. Assembly was straightforward, the bike feels solid, and it has more than enough power for trail riding and open dirt lots. Most important—my son loves it and is outside riding every chance he gets.

It’s not the fastest bike I’ve ever ridden but I was able to reach the top speed with no problem. The display is mostly okay, but it’s kind of hard to tell when the battery level gets low. I just charge the bike after each ride, but that’s something to think about if you’re planning on taking this somewhere remote.

can’t beat this price for an entry level bike. because of that, i don’t feel bad banging it up. once i run this thing into the ground, i’ll probably get a better bike with better parts. for now, i’m happy with it.

The Berzerker just keeps going! We have miles of trails nearby, and the kids ride for hours. It's been a great way for them to get outside and make lasting memories.

Mine arrived with a scratched shock, which I wasn’t too happy with. But customer service was fast and sent me a new one, which I wasn’t too able to install with no issues. The bike is what you get for the price. Getting an actual customer support person on the phone is a rarity nowadays, so kudos to Droyd for that.

Kids love the Berz, and it has great battery life. Perfect for summer.

Happy with the bike so far. Rode around the city for a few days before writing this review. Speed has not disappointed, got it over 40. Climbed hills well.

Good starter bike. Bought this for my 12YO son for the dunes near us. It's survived jumps, bumps, and falls. Pretty beat up after a few days but it's still going.

Shipping was pretty quick. Assembly was quite easy, took about 40 minutes to get it up and running.
