Very disappointed

Our four wheeler arrived missing several parts required for assembly, but I was able to still get it together in time for Christmas morning. My son was so excited, he’d been waiting for months as this was one of the only things he asked for. He got about 45 minutes of enjoyment before the chain broke and it was unusable. He took it well, but it was definitely a huge disappointment!

Never received either one of my orders

I placed my order two weeks ago and still have not received it. Tracking with fed ex has been a nightmare with false dates and times of arrivals multiple times. Now I am getting emails from Droyd stating my order is complete and I NEVER received my items. My kid’s Christmas was ruined and now we are still hunting down our items. Worst customer experience ever!

Ordered 2 on Nov 29th. Only 1 made it before Christmas. Very small. Much smaller than I imagined for 150lb weight capacity.

Hasn’t been delivered

It said guaranteed delivery before Christmas and was supposed to be delivered on the 24th. It was pushed back to the 27th. Extremely disappointed, this was the only gift my son asked Santa for. Had to run out and buy one from somewhere else!
