My sons keep coming to me to ask to ride these things! We have a huge acre of land and the kids after school just takes off on these and they have so much fun!

The Animal has been a great purchase — good quality at a great price — and exactly what my kid needed to get into off-road riding. It feels solid and well built, with enough power to stay fun but still controllable thanks to the speed settings. The suspension handles rough ground better than expected, and the battery lasts long enough for long rides without constant charging. Overall, it’s a big step up from basic ride-ons and feels like a real ATV made for kids who want something capable and affordable.

ATV was delivered with a rear wheel assembly severely out of alignment. No communication from Droyd in attempts to resolve.

I had a great customer service from Rocky Yu. He helped me get the parts I needed a in very quick time. He responded back to every email within 24 hours or less. He shipped the parts out very quickly. The Animal atv is a very well made atv. A great deal for what you get for this price.

Buyer beware. I ordered two Droyd animals, upon assembly I noticed both of the battery boxes were cracked and broken during shipping. I have attempted to contact customer support via email and phone for over three weeks now and they have not gotten back to me once. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of customer fulfillment. Overall the ATV seems fairly well built, and my kids love them. But the fact that their customer service automated responses say they'll get back to me within a couple days and I have heard absolutely nothing in three weeks earns them a 1 star.
